There is something fishy in that...
....soap!
Corney-but a nice and easy craft for the kids to give to their friends for Christmas. It's about as simple as it looks-melt and pour soap in a little plastic baggie with a plastic fish in it. Tie the bag while it's still liquid and voila! The hardest part is keeping the fishie upright while it solidifies, we had a couple of dead looking ones before we figured it out.
:)

I love this idea! Was there a trick to keeping the fish upright, or just experience? This sounds like a great birthday present idea too.

Tried it and worked great. It was tough to keep the fish upright, but if I let the liquid sit for a bit before putting the fish in seemed to work a bit better. The kids loved making them as well. I got about 8 for one tub and added ocean scent. Great Idea! Thank you!!
