So, I feel like I should explain a bit about my fabric stash. I use fabric on the cover of my journals, and fat quarters are just the right amount to cover a whole journal. So...what better justification to buy fabric? I mean, it's just the odd fat quarter, maybe a half yard or so, here and there, right? I also quilt on occasion, plus sew the odd thing. Like....my needle holder, which I feel I need to do a better job showing off, so here are a couple of better pictures:
I also feel the need to air some dirty laundry, for the sake of Bel. This is what the rest of my craft room looks like (cringe):
In this picture, you can see a little bit of floor-really:
And my craft table, it's under there, I promise:
I have things in those boxes that I have had since I was a teenager, but I'm sure I'll have a use for them someday. Really. Someday soon. I just know it.
This is why the pattern organizer is such a big deal.
I actually have plans to dig down to the bottom this week, while Oliver is on winter break. Three Precious mornings with a babysitter. Ahhhhhhhhhh.
So......on to my latest passion, which fortunately overlaps my passion for crochet which means I have double reason to buy yarn.
My socks:
The second one is coming along. The picture is blown out 'cause I took it at night, but I thought it was important. Really.
:)
Fiber/fabric addiction at it's best! :) I'm glad you showed this corner because that is the state of my craft supplies on any given day. But I love your filing cabinet... the fabric looks so pretty all lined up. I like your needle case too.

That's more like it! That could be my craft room, and I've been racked with guilt about it every time I see pictures of these mythical pristine craft rooms. Glad I'm not the only one with a room like this, but I bet you basically know where everything is (except those fat quarters you bought and completely forgot about)! Thanks by the way - you've made me smile!
